This property is utilizing Soleffect’s famous double-wrapped hembar to provide a seamless appearance to both the interior and exterior faces of the buildings. Common areas and office spaces are easily controlled with Soleffect motorized and fully automated shades in collaboration with Somfy Systems.

Manufacturing to start on Mission Rock, Parcel F after completion of parcels A and B in new development in San Francisco, CA.
In collaboration with Snyder Langston and Gensler Architects, Mission Rock Parcel F will be utilizing a new Ibiza color way developed specifically for this project. Featuring a white and grey reversible fabric, our take on Mission Rock is innovating the way users view roller shades. Management of this project, like all others, has been steadfast with no critical hiccups.
